Tables and chairs – will be provided, but must be folded down and put away and chairs restacked.

Display – No posters or fixings to be fixed to the hall walls.

General – The events will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm (unless otherwise stated); set up time will be from 1 hour before the show opening time. Please be courteous to others and do not pack away before closing time.

Advertising – Your website details will be advertised on the arts and crafts website. You may also add this link to your website www.artsandcrafts-inthevillage.co.uk.

The event will be advertised on our website, local village websites, local press and signposted as appropriate on show days.

Liability – It is recommended that the exhibitor has liability insurance. No responsibility will be accepted by Arts & Crafts in the Village for any damage, accidents caused or theft of personal possessions. Possessions left on the premises overnight are left at the owners risk.

Health & Safety – Please familiarise yourself with the following upon arrival at the venue:

Please do not park or obstruct any fire exits.

A first aid kit will be available.

Risks associated with the use and safety of electrical equipment brought onto the premises by the exhibitor rests entirley with themselves. Trip hazards i.e: loose cables will not be permitted in walkways.

Cleaning – Please dispose of your own refuse and ensure your area is left clean and tidy.

Smoking – Smoking will not be permitted in the premises. Persons smoking outside the premises should use the ashtray provided.
